I am going to sue Audi and need a little help.
I have a car with the steel uprights. This is curious because the salesman told me the suspension was "all aluminum". Also the S4 I test drove had the forged aluminum upright. I know this because I know the guy who bought it. My car was also on the lot that day and was represented as being identical (other than colour)
Now, Audi also has used the internet video and other media to specifically represent the "forged aluminum upright" as a unique feature of the S4. Is it an S4 without this Hmmm?
This is not like the Canadian lack of Hid or any little change such as colour or interior trim or radio type. All those things are either cosmetic and visible or not visible but insignificant. (like a 5 liter washer reservoir v. 5.2 liter one)
Anyway their *** is mine.
The help that I need is a copy of the internet blurb of the suspension. I can play it, but I don't know how to record it? Can someone help me give Audi a bloody nose.

No offense, but...get a hobby.
Seems like an awfully litigious route to go over something that doesn't really make a bit of difference. But carry your torch if you must. Good luck...(softly giggling).

Well I am the senior partner in my firms litigation group...
In the US I don't know if you would have a chance. In Canada it pretty clear; they can either fix it or give me my $ back.

A "senior partner" should be able to spell "litigious" correctly...
Sorry Greg, don't take it personal. You just made me laugh this morning. You can't be all bad -you drive an S4, right?
