Default considering the number of turbos hes built, i wouldnt say this happens "often"

i think this is the third failure i've read about - not exactly 'over and over.'

IMO it seems like it happens more often than it does, because these types of posts really stick in our memories.

Exactly, failure rate is *extremely* low. Ray, don't think your post is accurate. I still love ya;-)

Default It's a shame when small operations allow their reps to be tarnished by not responding quickly to

customers. Toy Guy went through the same thing. Busy is understandable, but people need to be put at ease, and sometimes a simple email or phone call is sufficient.

Default that should not be a big deal ..one should poor some oil inside when installing them

and that should be ok , untill starting the car and the 3secs that takes for the oil to get in there .

Default Yeah, some of the smaller operations out there need someone to handle e-mails/phone calls IMO.

Jacob is usually very responsive, but he goes through "droughts" where school and work kick his ***. That's not a good excuse, though. I constantly offer to help him out, but he is an independent woman.

Default yeah, we all understand the risks, im just saying a prompt email reply would go a long way towards

soothing any bad feelings. A quick email saying "got your turbos, working on getting replacements out" or something of that nature would be all i'd need to set my mind at ease if i were in this guys situation.
