Qualitatively, what is claimed is correct: there will be a benefit from
turbulence induced at the intake. Quantitatively though it's not going to be as large as is suggested.
Wouldn't make the slightest bit of difference on our cars though, since we already have a pair of devices that create turbulence quite nicely.
