this is only the chip with no ECU. Whats it worth and will it work in any year ecu or do I need to find someone with an M box like mine? Thanks for help. Sorry to post this here, I just couldn't find anything in a search for a chip without ecu.

Yep- I sold one with 4 programs for $850 earlier this year (got lucky). $350 for the chip is fair.
