I have a loud(not normal) high pitch squeal (whistle) from 3k to 5k at WOT, anyone hear this before?

I have a loud(not normal) high pitch squeal (whistle) from 3k to 5k at WOT, anyone hear this before?
Running strong still, but this whistle just started...No DTC's.
Any ideas?

log block 115 and try to see if your getting normal boosst levels
I had a noise kinda like a high pitched drill but from a little below 2000. Dealer drove car, heard noise, then said they tested turbos and they werent making full boost so they replaced them.

I get a pretty prominant "weeeeee" at WOT
that I can only hear with the windows up and all the way to redline. With the wndows down I can hear the turbo spooling "swisssss" that disappears after ~3500 rpm
it's been doing this since day one, but the "weeee" got louder after chipping.
