i have noticed that my pedal is not keeping up to my foot i vagged my car and this is what i found

Is this sensor really fried?? It only does it when idling or just randomly. Also my engine coolant temp sensor is brand new yet it is throwing a code (but no check engine lights at all) what could it be?
