coming from the front right portion of the interior. It sounds like it's coming from the passenger vent or passenger defrost vent. It could also be something behind/under the dash around there. It rattles when hitting stutter bumps or if I lug the engine in stop & go traffic. Anyone had the same thing? I don't think it's the door, because I removed the door panel and drove around, and the sound was still there (but not louder).

LOL - that was my first thought! But I'd swear that it's not coming from the door.
