I have rear Koni Adj's, how much force should there be too push them down????.....

They Push down easy and are very hard to pull up.....is this normal???
Would this cause them to make a clunking noise in the rear???

The idea is that with more spring rate, the shock doesn't need as much compression.
The clunking is probably from the eyelet running around in the mount. Try shimming the shock mounts with a thin washer or tighten the pissnuts out of them.
