Default Dude, your card was declined....why are you bitching about a supposed slow turn-around?

Sorry, but you ignored why the order was not filled in the first place!

Default Nope, card was NOT declined. Please re-read my original post, and BTW...(more; update)

This was an order for a $70 MAF sensor made with my bank account linked Mastercard (the funds were definitely there to cover it...lol).

Furthermore, if it truly had been a declined CC, why did my reply from ECS the next day say they "had not attempted to charge my CC yet"?

Default Banks decline cards all the time as part of fraud measures, it's not always somebody's inability to

pay. Discover card does this to me regularly on purchase amounts over 2500 or so. I have to call up and complain and they authorize it.

Credit card fraud: We all pay for it, and then become inconvenienced by it. (zip code at gas pumps!@#!#)

Default I think you have missed the point of my complaint...

I tried contacting them 3 or 4 times to verify that there had been no problem with my order's processing, only to either get a reply that it was fine, or no reply at all. If there was a delay because of my CC company, and they contacted me right away, or even replied to one of my many contact attempts, I would not be complaining about the turn-around time at all.

Regardless, I'm really not on here to cause a huge arguement or to create any heated debates. ECS has lost my business, plain and simple. I just wanted to post my experience. Many other people will undoubtably continue to use them as a supplier, many I am sure with positive results.
