Made ya look! Of course the shifter is fantastic! Thanks to all for recommending it. After I posted that I felt a great disturbance in the force.

Default I never read his instructions but I have done a tanga, and I have a tip...

There are 4 spacers that sit between the tub and the shifter assembly. Once you take the shifter assembly out, you'll see them. When you re-install everything, you'll need to place them over the holes on the tub, place the shifter assemble on top of them and try to screw everything down without them moving...
What I did was to spray the bottoms of the spacers with gasket tack, then let them adhere to the tub. This way they do not move around.

Default heres a hint...dont f*ck up

just have a magnetic retrieval tool, helps a lot as you most likely will drop at least one screw. Its also helpful it putting the linkages back together.
