I am on 287 east going to Greenwich, CT and I saw the Dolphin Grey B7 S4 Quad tailpipes and all in front so I catch up and get behind him. He takes off, I follow and he has to move out of the way within seconds and I was surprised how much I kept pulling on him. We did this a few times until I got off exit 3 in Greenwich all with the same result. I love how after you beat someone numerous times that they still get up your *** when the traffic tightens up a little. Dude, you lost like 6 times by a lot, enough already.
Next I am going back to my office and I am on Westchester Ave, heading towards White Plains. I get off Exit 10 on 287 west and immediately see a Z06 back one car. We line up together, light turns green and I go. It takes him until at least second gear to realize I want to race so I can see him catching up. By the time I have to slow down he is right at my door and I see his window down. I roll mine down and he says "let's go again I wasn't ready" At this point we are at a slow roll, maybe 10mph. We both hit it and I pull on him by about a car. We get to the next light and he asks "How much horse you got" I said " not sure, low 300's about 400 torque. He says " I am supercharged about 550 hp, let the cars go ahead when the light turns so we can go again". Light turns green we let the cars go, I drop the clutch and take off. I hear him spin the tires but it was too late. I was out and he could not reel me in by the time we caught up to the traffic.
Out of the 6 years I have had this car, that was the best race I have had hands down. The only other one that came close was when the E46 M3 came out and I raced one down the West Side Hwy. Anyway, The guy with the Z06 was really nice and gave me props. He said my car was very fast and he was impressed. I was running XR with about 1/4 tank of 100 octane. Which reminds me, I guess I have to go spend another $80 on gas tonight............

virtually stock z06's can break 11's...bad launch on his part but nice kill nonetheless!
