Default lol yea, they said that "they used the best materials available at the time"
i am so sad. i keep trying to think "how could this have been done better if done over?"

1. a better engineered product
2. a better informed consumer/customer
3. better support
4. better customer service

too bad there are many factors at play. mainly $.

unethical business practices are not sustainable in the long term IS WHAT IM SAYIN YA FEELZ ME HOMES?

Default Alcons are not immune to problems, but their Customer Service is very good.
