Default I need IMMEDIATE HELP on spark plugs

I'm changing my spark plugs now, and I've done 2 on the passenger side, but I can't get the coil pack out of the first cylinder (the front one) on that side. There's a big *** pipe and a smaller hose in the way. What's the trick? Help!

TIA.<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/357640.phtml">P.S. I'm following these instructions</a></li></ul>

Default Loosen or remove the bolt on the inlet pipe and push the

inlet towards the front of the car, should allow you to get in there.

Default tory's pics

look at the 2nd pic in the link. on the left of the IC pipe you see pictured, there is a bracket that holds a 10mm bolt that holds the pipe place on each side of the engine (the bolt is removed in the pic). remove those bolts and you can lift the pipes out of the way giving you the clearance you need.

be careful to not let anything fall into the openings<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/1118402.phtml">https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/1118402.phtml</a</li></ul>

Another tip: Put a little lube on the o-ring when you re-insert the inlet pipe. Makes it MUCH easier

Concur, no need to remove it, just push it over a little.

Default w0w didn't know that was still around :) I now have the right open end

to remove the bolt without needing to pull the pipe. I also don't remove the coils anymore either.

My first time, I took the long way on lots of stuff, but now it's not so bad.

Still a back breaker (depending on how tall you are and how the car is sitting)
