i need knowledge... spark plug question... what does "colder" (or hotter) mean? thanks

I personally don't think so, but I'm sure there are other opinions on the matter.

Default No answer, but a further question...is it *safer* to go colder?

It appears as though too hot can damage engine while too cold only causes fouled plug. Is that correct?

Default thats the way I read it. Guess the idea would be to...

say .. get chipped... run for a while, then pull the plugs and examine them. But the "too hot" scenario definitely appears to have the worst consequences.

Hmmm, I may get the IK22's now. A local shop has them for $12 each.
