I need some help. Any VT Hokie's out there?
My girlfriend's brother goes to Virginia Tech and is having some problems with his 97 Jetta. I am looking for a trustworthy VW repair shop (non-dealer) that he can take his car to for service.
He said he can drive to Roanoke, but if I can find something by school that would be ideal.

There's a good VW/Porsche guy in Charlottesville but I don't know about Blacksburg. Good luck.
Might try Martin's German Service in Roanoke @ 540-366-1626. Don't have any thoughts on them I just know they are a german car specialist in Roanoke. <--There are not going to be many of those in Roanoke or Blacksburg, this guy may be the only one.
