I put up some ads a little while ago for the sole purpose of seeing what kind of offers I could receive on the car in it's current state. I was not planing on selling it because I have a lot things left that I still want to do to this car. The major one being going to stage 3+ which I pretty much have all the parts for.

Now the problem is, one of the guys that e-mailed me about the car is being extremely persistent about buying it. I thought to myself that if maybe I get an offer which I can't refuse I might actually sell it. If I do sell it, it would only be so I can buy a newer S4(yes B5) with lower miles in a different color and continue where I left off with this one. My only reason really for putting up the "feeler" ad was because of the miles that are on the car, about 86k.

Anyways, the guy's best offer is $21K(he came out to see it and all). I would like to know what you guys think. Am I stupid if I sell it or am I stupid if I pass up this guy's offer? I'm not crazy about 21k with all the time and money I've put in it so that's why I'd like to hear some honest, knowledgeable opinions. Please don't give me some out the a$$ answers.

i have the piano black trim and the silver rings around gauges as well. i also have 3 defi gauges in the center console.

i think 21k is a reasonable offer. but you already know what you have with this car. if it runs well id stick with it. if you got another s4 who knows what kind of gremlins may lurk within...

btw, what kind of shift **** is that

car, rather than loose all that you have invested, maybe because I am poor, but you have A LOT OF MODS done. Biggest reliablity issue with miles is turbos, and I am assuming if you Stage3ed this car, you would be using brand new K04s. Kepp it - just my $0.02

Keep it and Stage 3 it. You will regret selling it.

keep it a little over 80k is not bad if you don't already have them get ready for ko4's
