I think I am hearing engine KNOCK. Please Help.

other valve train noise, maybe a cam seal leak causing problems, etc.
hard to say if you aren't throwing any codes, your kv's are fine, etc.
unless a kv sensor or two is gone wonky.
a leakdown (NOT just a compression test) might not be a bad idea at this point.
but if your car is running ok, your EGTs look ok, and your CF's aren't going nuts, maybe its just some random engine compartment rattle?

ya you are fine. a bit hot maybe (i wouldn't run 22psi, but thats just personal pref on 91oct)
how about redline?
and are you hearing knock at low rpm or near the top?
i would say to be safe knock it down to below 20psi, and try not to run anything more than 16-17 or so at redline.
