Default it might be the difference in wastegates between the turbos

with an APR wastegate, my GT28R was making 8 psi with no boost control, my GT28RS makes 12 psi or so with the stock Garrett wastegate.

Default Why do you think you have turbo problems? Desired vs Actual is within control loop parameters...

Please explain this to me, looks pretty close. Post previous performance for comparison. If desired vs actual is > 250 mbar, will trigger overboost and maybe throttle cut.

I thought the "cracking" pressure was like 6psi for the K04s?

Default Yeah. You never know, it doesn't necessarily have to be something you

messed up. Could be a torn hose, messed up IC, etc.

Default I wish jacob would have disclosed this to before buying

them it would be nice to know instead of pulling my hair out and wasting more money. These things should come pre-adjusted for max boost kinda upsets me.

Default Like Mike says: "K16 volume = crazy = wg's flop open ". --->

Except it's actually backpressure that can crack the wastegates open. IMO, that's what causes your power loss. No WG adustment can fix the backpressure.
