I want to add XR program to my GIAC KO4 ECU (Mbox FWIW)... can anyone do it besides AWE?

Can you please tell me and this OPEN FORUM how we wronged you? You have made comments multiple times.
I only recall bending over backwards for you and not charging accordingly for my time or GIAC's time.
Is it because I did not discount a set of intercoolers when you asked me to?

The issue is not that youve done me wrong. It just seems like the business is driven by money, and money only. And even so, I never feel that when i spend money at AWE, its appreciated.
I really appreciate you helping me out with my ECU issues, and i let you know that. If you haven't noticed, when i need to contact AWE, i send an e-mail directly to you. Ive dealt with Todd, but i dont care for him, im sorry. Ive dealt with you, and youve been great, so i return to you.
As a returning customer, having spent a bit of cash with you, i thought it would be nice to get a discount on some products. You told me you couldnt do it, and i didnt argue it. But, the same day, an AWE Tuning dealer offers me intercoolers for $150 less than you. Hmmm.
I have AWE badges all over my car. I love your products, and ive supported your company, but what for? I feel that my business is much more valued and appreciated at different shops. I just feel better giving them my money...
