Default I'm on K03's. Unfortunately I don't have a boost guage yet, but the car
doesn't feel bad to the point of running ~4psi. Just less than it does when the CEL is off. But I appreciate the rest of your explaination because that explains a lot of my partial throttle hesitation problems.

That would be closer to what I feel probably. Does your car run worse when the codes come up?

No. If you're not getting nay boost and you think you're in limp mode = problem.

it's something else. You may indeed be in limp mode, but not just because you threw a code.

Maybe a little. Not huge difference. How many miles on O2 sensors?

Default I had the same symptoms. Replaced the O2 and problem solved.
Your car is probably running rough because the O2 is dying, telling the ECU you are running lean, causing computer to dump in excess fuel. Is your gas mileage going down? Mine was down by 15%.
