If i need work re-done from dealer A, can I take it in to dealer B to get fixed correctly?

If i need work re-done from dealer A, can I take it in to dealer B to get fixed correctly?
car is under warrantly still, and this would be warranty work. dealer B is probably better, plus they pay for rental cars (unlike cheap-*** dealer A). thanks.

Don't be surprised if B sends you back to A if B can't get a new warranty claim approved.
I've found that if A screws up, the fix would be on A's dime, not AoA. So, if AoA won't pay to fix it, B has no way of getting paid to fix A's work, and A sure as hell won't pay B to do it.
