If I replace the factory Bose System with...

an aftermarket Alpine, Pioneer, or Kenwood in-dash CD/DVD screen and player...do I have to replace the factory speakers?

Can someone tell me exactly what needs to be done when replacing the factory bose system with an aftermarket one.

Please post pics!!!

yes, you will have to replace the speakers too.. I think

I would search the Audio forum and/or post there.

Actually, I think some of the speakers are 4 ohm so not really.

I know the rear deck speakers w/ Bose system are 3 ohms...if I remember correctly...I wanted to replace them wtih some drop in speakers...but everyone I went to said I couldn't...I would have to rewire the whole system
