If the leather gets ripped do you have to get the all of the seat redone

No, you can have that section repaired, my dealer did it for me and I didn't even ask

I took it in complaining that the leather on the driver bolster was prematurely wearing (at 1 year it had folding marks/wears) and they gave it to their leather guy and he fixed that and a whole in my seat from my cousin sitting down with a screwdriver in his back pocket.
