Other than the most obvious (check for leaks and bad MAF)

Car is homebrewed-modded stock airbox, 90mm Buehn MAF with bosch sensor, lightning 42 lb injectors

This is really dependent on your idle g/s... with such a modded intake tract, could be normal. You also may need O2's sometime in the future, but unless you have another problem... leave it alone.
