If you have a steering wheel for GT3(S4)- is it better than using the controllers? Which is best ?

I want to play a lot of this game, is it easier to control the cars like the S4 with the steering wheel? Which is the best to get ? Or did anyone buy one and wish they didn't??

better. The controllers don't give me as fine a control when turning. Hard to be smooth with steering and brake inputs.
Until we start driving real cars with buttons and joysticks, the wheel is where it's at.
Logitech makes a god wheel made specifically for GT3. But Momo and Logitech got together and made a wheel with SS paddle shifters and pedals. It's a bit more expensive at $199

Sadly, the other wheels don't match up with GT3 very well and give quite non-linear steering response.
A wheel changes GT3 from a video game to a driving simulator, there is no comparison.
The Logitech wheel does have some ergonomic problems. First, it is very hard to hold on your lap so you are much better off clamping it to a table, but make sure its at the right height or you will be seeing your chiropractor often. Second, the pedal module doesn't stick to the floor well, so you will spend lots of time pausing the game and pulling the pedals back to where you can reach them. A heavy book or other object behind the pedal module can help.
