If you've had a crappy Audi service experience, what state was it in?

I have a theory about the quality of dealerships and location, but need some raw data to prove or disprove it. You can include the dealship name if you really want to.
Thanks,

I've had crappy service in cali, and good service in cali, different dealers.
I've had crappy service in IL, and good service in IL, different dealers.
I've had good service in NY, well... I've only had one service dealer in NY so far

Another data point you might consider is what other brands, if any, are sold at the same dealership. I've encountered a couple Audi dealerships with absolutely awful service, and attitude to match, that had a common tie ... *both* also sold "lesser" marques along with Audi One sold VW with Audi, another carried Saturn and Toyota (among others).
It may not hold true, but you might find a correlation between service levels and the "type" of marques also sold by certain Audi franchises.
I mention my EXCELLENT service, one, to show not everybody has a bad experience, and two, because the dealer (Scottsdale Audi) was also a Porsche, Bentley, Aston Martin, Ferrari, and Jag dealer before moving to a stand-alone Audi center. Audi was the "lowest" brand there, but Audi customers were treated like the other, more prestegious brands' customers.

they said, they left the O-rings off the line under the intake manifold,
that goes to the after-run pump
I HAVE to left them fix it
god only knows what they haven't told me
because it would take 5 visits to another dealer
just to be sure they could find all the things Keyes left unfinished
Thank God, the Shop Foreman working on my car
can only imagine how screwed up it would be with a freshman tech
(I wonder if the "Vee" of my motor looks like a swap, just under the intake manifold)
