Ignition Phase Position Bank 1 - Bank 2?

Ignition Phase Position Bank 1 - Bank 2?
Archive serch down, need some help. Hunting down an open circuit. Open circuit cylinders 4,5,6.(No missfires) Ran display group 093 to check timing. My phase positions are reading:
Bank 1 @ -3
Bank 2 @ 6
Is this normal or do I have?:
1. timing belt slipped a tooth
2. Miss aligned hall sensor rotor
Background
Replaced hall sensor, Replaced POS, checked all wiring (good), Coil packs swaped, new spark plugs, Cleaned grounds.
Bank 1 @ -3
Bank 2 @ 6
Is this normal or do I have?:
