I'm sure this is old news but...
Mike Shimon and VAST are awesome. I emailed Mike early Monday morning. Even with his busy schedule he answers before lunch. I place an order around 3 pm PST and I have fedex confirmation later that day. Now that's service. I placed an order with another tuner just this past Tuesday. Paypal confirms order. I email to confirm receipt of order but no reply. No shipping/tracking info. It's amazing how different service can be.
