Default Have you tried anti-squeal compound? My PBR ceramics were unbearable...

but after a treatment of anti-squeal they are just "annoying." haha

Default hawk sucks...

my friend put them on his evo with new shims and anti-squeal and it still sounded like a witches orgasm... it was horrible.

Default I've never had a problem with Hawk

I've used two sets of Hawk HPS on mine, with no squealing. I did have squealing issues with EBC greenstuff though.

Default did you put anything on the back of the pads? I have hawk HPS, and they never squeal...

cause I put some disc brake quite goo on the back of the pads.

check your installation, don't blame the pads yet.

Default Look closely, you can see gray goop oozing out.

The goop goes on the non-braking surface. It helps damp the high frequency vibrations that make the squeal sound.
