I'm VERY impressed with design of JH motorsports (jbquick) shifter
This thing is very solid and precise. No more sloppy plastic ball. It comes with an install video. I hope to get it installed tomorrow. Just looking at it.. I'm not sure how any modified shifter that still uses the oem plastic ball could even begin to compare with this one.

I have that in my car, gives shifting a much more positive feel.
i never had any other short shifter to compare to... but JHM vs stock... wow.
just make sure you get it aligned properly.

Installed one last weekend...
less rubbery than the Tanoga (zip-tied) it replaced. Seems noisier, tighter side-to-side, with more fore and aft movement in gear than I expected, even with DTS and snub. They (JHM) are supposed to have a Delrin bushing for the shift rod, may try that next.

I'd be interested in a review...have yet to read anyone compare it to others out there...
- how does it change the shifter feel?
- How does it compare to ToyGuy's smoothness?
- Any negatives? Vibration, Notchy?
Does the shifter still move when getting on the throttle in 4th gear. I'm assuming that won't be changed by any shifter and is probably worsened by this unit because of its more solid design?
