Imobilizer qustion when swaping motors ecu's A4 to S4

So those of you that have seen my post about my s4 swap into an a4. I finally got to the point where im tryin to start it but now all of the sudden the fuel pump isn't kick'in on. I know it was working before because I accidently turned the key while the fuel lines were not connected. My question is now that I swapped a new ecu/engine do I need to swap the s4 igntion because one or the other might have a imobilizer? I thought it was only in B6+ but I dont understand why the fuel pump is not working all of the sudden. I swap'd the s4 cluster in and no luck. Anyone have any imput?
