Default Importance of vacuum readings on boost gauge?

I'm looking for a replacement boost gauge and see that some have vacuum readings and some dont. Is there any significant reason for the vacuum readings?

Default important, imo. you'll know instantly if you have a vac leak with the vac gauge.

easier to judge boost threshold and stay out of it if you dont want to be in it.

i wouldnt buy a boost only gauge unless i had a diesel.

Yep, well said. I use vacuum info to get max throttle without boost while cold.
