Default The infamous ABS and ESP light problem

I realize the amount of posts regarding the ABS and ESP light coming on issue. I have been tackling through posts all day trying to figure out the next step to get my car operative again.

I started noticing my ABS and ESP light coming on simultaneously while cruising at highway speeds (70+mph.) This was shortly after I had my car in the shop to replace lower control arms after hitting a curb (not sure if there is a correlation.) I brought it back to the dealer, they ran diags, and determined it was a faulty MAF sensor (which seemed to make sense based on what other people had posted regarding the issue.)

Well I picked the car up, it drove fine...but the next day, same thing. 70mph, and they ABS and ESP lights come on again.

Any thoughts other than MAF sensor?

I am going to try and see if its speed related or RPM related by trying both 6th and 5th gears.

I appreciate the help. I have Bentley and VAG on order...wish I had ordered them awhile ago

I know! And it made perfect sense when they told me that....what are the odds they replaced it with a faulty MAF?

Anyone in the northeast MA region have a VAG I could borrow? (haha, that just makes me laugh)

Default Wait! They replaced it?!?! I missed that part; it's not mentioned in your original post.

Are you sure they replaced it? If they diagnosed it, they might not have replaced it.

Default wheel speed sensor?

Maybe failing and giving a faulty reading. I would imagine it has it's own DTC code.
