Sealed with glue or some industrial strength rubber? Trying to figure something out with mine, need to pull one apart. How have you done this in the past?

Pic for clicks, throw back.

Default put it in a 400 degree oven for 8 minutes on top of cardboard.

then take it out and pry it apart, don't let any sealant touch the lense.

Then put both halves in the oven for 6 minutes, take them out, push them together and let them cool.

good luck.

remove all rubber, bulb holders, anything rubber, including ballasts and wiring, etc.

FYI, do NOT put it in a gas oven. Electric only.

Default I tried the oven method with the US spec housings to no avail. This worked w/ my TT housings

@ ~400F but not the the S4 lenses. Must be different adhesive.

Maybe the euros are different?

Default why is that?

I used a gas oven for my Tacoma housings and it didn't seem to do any damage.

Have you had a bad experience?
