I'm not spiking over 13psi in any gear. I pressure tested and fixed all the tiny leaks I found, rechecked and was good but still 13psi spike. The only thing I found was that the purge valve vibrated a good bit. Is this a sign of it failing and this doesn't effect boost at all correct? I do have a evap code for a large leak( guessing gas cap et.c) Also I need to replace my driver side 02 now. Would this really be the cause for such low boost? I don't think it is. My feelings are I may need a new n75.(how do I check duty cycle to tell if it's going bad?) My Codes are :

Clear your codes and see what comes back. Run block 115, 03 VAG log on 3rd gear WOT from 3K to redline and report back.

Fix the evap leak and the 02 before you do anything else. If there is one thing wrong with these cars, everything is wrong.
