I'll try some ice cold water vs. warm water ; I doubt it will have a big impact but it's sound like a good idea to test it.
What I really want to know is to verify if the addition of a 35%Methanol / 65% H20 mix is sufficient to support Race Octane 100 program using 94 Octane gas. I tend to say no but there is no better way to know than to try it.
... as for how much water the pump consumes, it's easy... You fill completely (to the top) the windshield washer tank and you measure how much you have to add to fill it up again after.

people who have considered the system wonder if the washer reservoir is sufficient. I don't know if anyone with an S4 has posted the volume used over a measured time. Thought it would be something useful to record.

I came to the conclusion of a water tank size of 5.5"x11"x7.5". goes where the battery used to be. fabricated out of aluminum with a baffle. We'll see how it works out.
