Default Installing 034 Motorsport Snub Mount. To make sure, That is the mount that rests in the bracket on

the Lock carrier, correct? The stock mount in there now seems much larger in diameter and the 034 mount seems to be very difficult to push onto the spindle. any help is appreciated

Default Should make a write up with pics, Did you get the cage? You might need to heat it up in the

microwave and shave it to fit

Default I've found that the best way to install a snub mount is with a LARGE pair of channel lock pliers.

Rest the snub mount on the spindle, grab the back of the the mounting plate and the front of the snub between the jaws of the pliers and SQUEEZE.

Default place the rubber in a pot of hot water. This will make a bit more pliable and easier to push on.

If i had to tell the truth, i would say i kicked the f'r on there.

Default

You are missing the metal cage that fits snugly around the rubber bushing. Call 034.

Default I've tried lubing the shaft (hot!), heating with a heat gun and hammering with a sledge.

None of that really did any good. But the channel locks made it a piece of cake.

Default I put some white lithium grease on the snub and pushed it on the mout with my foot

went on without too much effort and without me bracing myself to push it on with the foot.
