Default installing new rotors and pads...(?'s inside)

So what's the verdict on new rotors/pads procedure? Specifically ECS kit w/slotted OEM rears with Mintex pads. Is it necessary to install the new rotors with old pads and run those for a bit? Or new pads with old rotors and bed them? OR can you install the new rotors and pads together at the same time? I'm worried about screwing up the new rotors if i bed the new pads on them. What's the consensus? TIA

Default All at once. I like to sweat the rotors with a torch after the prake part cleaner. It raises the

oil to the surface and you can wipe it off with a rag. Don't over do it with the torch.
