Default Where are you from and age...

Location and age make a huge difference

I pay 3300 but I'm 22 and in New Jersey(sucks for insurance) no points at all - ever.

Default $1800/yr, MA, age 25, step 14

but note that in MA, age doesn't matter until age 65. Once you've been driving 6 years, even if you're only 22, you get the discount... then when you're 65 you get a big discount (despite how accident-prone the very elderly are).

where you live matters more... I'm in Waltham, which isn't gonna be as cheap as, say, Concord.

Default Max discount, I think that's 16, but..

it's 100/300 coverage with rental and towing. Not the substandard 20/50 coverage that';s really inadequate should you actually hit anything.
