Default he said that the WRXs he worked with in his area didn't have the problem

But I want to see if the hubcentric rings solve the problem first before I do anything else.

Default You can generally get rid of the majority of the shimmy if...

you torque the wheels down correctly! you will need the hubcentrics to make it perfect however!
