although they did fit over his stoptech hats in his far away pictures :/ umm, yeah. It is taking about 8 months to try and resolve the $$$$$ part with him and now the CC company tells me that he told them he's holding onto $600 because of time and effort involved with my dealings. Bah, I have all the emails and a signed letter from him stating a FULL refund was in need.

I've bought 2 sets of wheels from Intro Forged, and dealt with Vince. There's not much I can say, other than this:

Are the wheels good quality?: yes
Are the wheels an awesome price?: yes
Could I find a better price for a comparable product anywhere else?: no

Is Intro Forged going to rip you off?: no
Is Intro Forged an easy company to deal with?: not really
Does Vince take forever to get back to you, and talk briskly on the phone as if you were a pain in his ***?: yes

All in all, I bought from them a second time because I liked their wheels. I have no problem with the company itself, or even really with Vince, but I will admit that things take a long time to happen, and he's not the best person at returning phone calls, or speaking to you with a lot of respect.

I wouldn't give a dime to someone who can't do business with me properly. I don't care what their product is. If they're going to be a jerk on the phone and not act responsibly I'd never buy a damn thing from them.
