Couldn't be more self-explanatory. Remove old valve, put in new one. Repeat.

guess thats the verdict then.... anything to look out for (ie clamps etc)?

Pick up some new clamps before install. Use zip-ties on the tiny hoses.

Putting a thin film of oil on the DV before install helps. Should take bout 15 minutes total.
