This celica and the bike blew by me tonight going down University towards UCF... scared the crap out of me.

Then they hit a red light and I caught up.

I was pacing the bike in 3rd gear with no cars in front of us for at least 1/2 mile, about 1 carlength back, on his left side. I saw his foot start to twitch for the downshift, so I revved it up in third, dropped it and we were both off. I was slowly gaining ground... I didn't understand HOW... but I was.

Hit 4th gear... gain about 1/2 carlength on him, then he began to walk away from me. I pulled into a subway (sweet onion teryaki MMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmm... first thing I've eaten all day, and it comes at 1AM... :\ ) and he followed me in. I had to be sure... yes it was 600cc, yes it was an F4 (yammaha?) and it was yellow. He said that because it was wet out he wasn't full throttle, but he was pushing it pretty hard and that he was suprised I kept up. LOL, I told him.. "Yeah man, so am I!"

I shouldn't be pulling on 600cc sportbikes, should I? WTF? :-P

Oh, and this race happened in EXACTLY in the same spot as my run with the Cobra the other night... kinda strange.

trying he'd own you. A box stock F4 (F4i is quicker) runs a real low 11sec 120+ qtr. Toss in a jet kit and an aftermarket exhaust and it will run in the high 10's and high 120's.

I raced the R6 from a 2nd gear roll and it was dry out. FWIW once he put a pipe on that bike he smoked me bad...weird how much bikes get out of exhaust.... :-)
