for warranty issues, i think they'd have to take you
as long as you didn't do something naughty to the car. it's a nationally honored warranty and BMWNA could get in major trouble if their dealers were turning away warranty customers.

There are two Jim Ellis dealerships here in the Atlanta area.
That one is run by the son, I wouldn't trust my car there anyway but I don't see an issue with the guy's post. I would have chosen to use another word other than revenge....
The other JE that the dad run's has a pretty good service dept with a couple of good tech managers. They're always busy and it's usually a 3 week time that they can "squeeze" you in but the most I'm complained about there is their lack of washing my car once.

Nope, they denied me warranty service and told me to drive 300miles round trip to fix it
I couldn't believe it. I had my own case number and everything. Ever since then I have vowed never to own a BMW. Maybe it was just mine, but that thing was always breaking something.
