I bought a HK USP .40 S&W and love it to death. My favorite gun is by far my semi auto 12 guage bennelli M90, i'd take it any day over an AR-15. I also have a Glock 23 w/ Internal Laser sight, a .22 rifle and a O/U Winchester 12 guage.

it was made after the ban, but i also understand the idea of ones made before ban not being pre-ban unless assembled into a weapon before ban. I'm planning on adding a Nice 16 or 20 inch SS bull barrel and flatop reciever, but who knows.

if the reciever was built into a weapon, and then dissasembled it can still be made into a pre-ban configuration even if it was only a reciever when you bought it from the origional owner

I have or owned at one time the HK Mark 23, USP 45F (full size), 45C (Compact), and the P7M13. I am considering the USP Expert as well.

You will love the P7M13. Most accurate, safest, reliable and fastest pistol I have ever seen. I don't believe the nickel slide is available anymore however.
