Nice! The market is very good in Vegas right now. I want to jump in before it skyrockets.

Default Real Estate is very area dependant....Las Vegas has had a pretty good run.....I actually spent 4

weekends in two months there looking at investment property in 2002.....I sould have purchased....but oh well....put money into land and now subdividing it...hopefully it will make up for not purchasing in Vegas....looks like it will.

I think the Las Vegas maket will contiunue to do well...but probably not at the pace it has in the past.

Good luck on the pruchase Brian.

Default It's a sellers that is for sure. I bought my house for $117K really cheap because of some stuff

needed to be done. I know you can't get anything like that in Vegas, but it's a decent sized house for what you pay man. Good luck.

Default Thanks Ben :) Yeah my family is in RE and they seem to think the market will keep moving at

its current rate for atleast 2 more years before it starts to slow down to much.

Default You could have purchased a 3/2 1600 sqft in Vegas for about 125K to 140K in 2002...now that

would sell for close to 300k.

Default 30K - but what are you paying Moss to take it all off?

If I parted it out I could have sold the parts for a fair amount, but the widebody would not part out well, and I would have paid 3K in labor to take all the parts off most likely.
