Default Hate to tell ya this, but unless the house has + cash flow its still technically a liability
on the balance sheet. Rent that new house out and live in the Avant ;-)

Default For a good cause...only thing keeping mine around is that it is paid for
but even that might not save it during my home buying crunch.

Default Oh I am not..it just makes me wonder....
The car is almost done.....new transmission is going in as we speak...with the shorter gearing. The I will just about be done...just pillar pod gages and some other small stuff.
