Default Very true. We spent 11 hours last saturday remodifying our downpipe jig to fit.

The results is even clearance all along the bottom.

One of the weird things we ran into is the spring hanger. The APR pipe made it stretch a little out of place. It didnt even line up with the stock hanger.

didn't NickS & someone else have to cut a turbo heat shield a bit 'cuz an O2 sensor didn't clear??

Love my JP pipes... perfect fit, great performance, nice sound.... no DTC's.

Default Yes, Nick did have to do that on a set we shipped him.

However, that was a *very* minor fix, and is case in point on how these are handbuilt units.

The critical fit areas have been double, triple, and quadruple checked for repeatability.

We tweaked our jigs after Nick's report to ensure that could never happen again, regardless of how minor of a fix it was. There were no operational issues, and the pipes did not have to be removed to do this fix.

We've installed quite a few sets here, and have not had one single fitment issue, either.

I AGREE - I have the same set - the instructions were very clear, the pipes are AWESOME!!!
