just to confirm: you can use a VAG cable with APR's ECUx correct?
its quite odd, that APR makes it quite difficult to find the ECUx product on their website. dunno whats up with that, but i found it via MarkP's website.
i have a Hex+CAN VAG cable and want to make sure i DONT need the USB cable that APR also sells with the ECUx.

IIRC, APR is working on a new version of ECUx so they aren't pushing the old version but still do
sell it.
You should be fine using your VAG cable. Some people have had difficulties with the USB-based VAG cables and ECUx, but the serial cables have worked fine, to my knowledge (I know mine does).
