Default Just finished 2 snub mount installs and an AWE DTS, not my week for audi parts

So to recap, SAmco hose, bad, Bailey valves bad.

Factory front Snub mount from Audi, ripped, about a 1 1/2" rip in the mount, so good thing we put the APR one on. Not something you would ever notice until you tried to take it out.

Also apparently Rector forgot to reinstall my Belly Pan.

Flying Low and I did my car and his car today over at his place, he just did the snub mount. Once we got my car done we finished his snub mount in like 45 minutes.

Default Here's our pictures of the install and tips we learned.

- The trick to the bumper is pull like H*LL and don't fall. ;^}
- Don't remove the snub mount bracket. Just put a piece of wood behind the snub and push. Lube it like you're in prison. ;^}
- The second snub mount is MUCH easily!!

Also found an oil leak on my car. Time to call the dealer. Anyone have an extra belly pan, I think S4Del left it somewhere. ;^}

Let me know if anyone has questions.

http://trans.pppi.com/snub_mount/index.htm</a

Nope, I pulled it off. I wore glove since the bumper was cutting into my hands.

We also modified the IC ducts on the factory cut lines.

Default It looks like the assembly workers forgot a step

There is a cut line on the duct which removes a piece of the duct hanging in the airflow. Some of the early cars still have the extra piece (mine is 2000, S4Del is 2001). Most of the 2002 are cut off at the factory.
